Bottled. A pale golden beer with a huge lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of spices, yeast, and some caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, malt, caramel, and yeast, leading to a dry yesty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle from Kihoskh, København, as Leffe Bière de Printemps. Dense offwhite lacing head. Clear, light brown body. A smell of yeast up front, followed by a scent of nutty malts and marzipan. Sweet-flavored, bready and nutty. Tones of molasses and fruit cocktail. Easy on the hops. Medium full. Oily texture. Peppery malts and fruit tones tones in the ending. A likeable Belgian.

Bottle, as Biere de Printemps. A clear one, golden in color and with a foamy off-white head. Fruity, dried fruits aroma with a sugary touch. Some notes of tea. The flavor is sweet and fruity, some maltyness and a little bitterness. A warming touch towards the mostly bitter and fruity finish. Dryish, full-bodied. A quite decent one, although nothing special. 110827

Very nice amber colorings with a creamy head. This was on tap in Venice. Not a strong aroma, but mostly malt and honey. Flavors of malt, honey, bread, and caramel. Good body. Leaves a clean palate. One of the better beers I had in Europe.
