Golden color, clear liquid and average head. Hoppy aroma (floral) with caramel notes. Taste is very sweet and a bit bitter making an interesting combination. On the palate the carbonation is very fizzy and full body. Long sweet finish. I love Leffe and this is a very good edition.

In short: spicy belgian ale.
Pours little hazy deep golden with nice white head. Moderate head retention, good lacing. Malty, estery, grassy, fruity nose. Medium body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is some sweet, alcohol noticed, malty, spicy, lot of phenols. Enjoyable.

On tap @ Café Leffe, Lourdes, France. Clear golden body with a nice off-white head. Aroma is sweetish malt and Belgium yeast with a hint of candy sugar. Flavor is sweet malt, caramel, candy sugar, some dry fruit and Belgium yeast, low bitterness and some warming alcohol. Fine body and medium aftertaste. Quite typical Leffe brand, not bad but nothing to wild about either. Solid work within the safer standard.
