from Morteau. France - quite clear amber-orange beer under a persistent creamy beige head; estery and light earthy, notes of pears underneath, some sweetness, creamy palate and full-bodied; light earthy tartness, more ripe fruity tones, some residual sweetness; light cloying in the finish

Golden with sparkling and filtered liquid. Small white head. Nose : straw, barnyard, yeast. Citrus hops. Little tart flavor. Little alcohol. Sip ; medium to strong carbonation, oily body that it a bit fluffy in the mouth. It’s a bit tart sweet but not overwhelming. There is a little estery acidity , dry finish. It’s more malty/yeasty then hoppy. Not bad. Nothing special neither.

330ml bottle from Les Crepes de Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours deep gold with great head and beautiful fruity / floral aroma. Great creamy blond taste with a sumptuously sweet floral taste with a hint of bubblegum. One of the best Leffes in my opinion and actually think it may have improved since the last time I had this a few years back?

750 mml tasted on 02/05/2014. Light orange colour with a lot of bubbles but a tiny head. Aroma of caramel and apples. The taste is very intensive, with a lot of carbonation on the mouth. Prolonged dry bitternes on the aftertaste. Next one please!

Mainuh_man (123) - NETHERLANDS - APR 30, 2014
Pours a clear golden-orange color, with a rocky white head and dissipates quickly. Sweet malt nose with bubblegum, tobacco and some alcohol, very similar to Leffe blonde. Light to medium sweetness at the beginning, giving way to a light, but prolonged bitterness. Flavor mostly dominated by malt/yeast. Average carbonation with a relatively thin mouthfeel for a medium-bodied beer. Overall, a decent-enough beer. Essentially Leffe blonde kicked up a bit in alcohol and sweetness.
