| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 16, 2004 Pours cloudy gold with suprisingly high carbonation. Huge white pillow head with good retention and lacing. Great spicy aroma, with yeast and some lemon behind it. Smooth medium mouthfeel. Mild sweet start with quite a dry finish. Bitter aftertaste with a slight citrusy taste lingering. Little bit of alcohol behind that too. Not bad stuff though. SimonLarsen (210), Sydney, Australia

Yeast and spice aroma. Sweet and spciy flavor witha bit of bitter finish, palate is not as smooth as karmeliet but it's not bad. All round a great beer. ThomasE (5178), Copenhagen, Denmark

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Mar 9, 2004 Dark golden, unclear. Flavour dominated by hops and some underlying malty sweetness. Vanilla? Citrus? Definately yeast (obviously, its refermented on bottle!?). Overall a fair tripel. Dixen (1465), Flagstaff, Arizona, USA
