2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
I’ve rated "Leffe blonde" 3.3 because I think it’s a good megabrew beer. So-called "vieille cuvée" leaves you with plenty of alcohool and little if any flavour, complexity, balance ... and pleasure in drinking.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Brown/reddish coloration. Good cream. Well balanced bitter taste and alcohol (present, but do not attack). It is a consistent beer. Harmonious. Excellent.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. 8.2% alc. by vol. Nice red-brown colour, bubbly and fizzy big head. Very nice fruity aroma of berries, yeasty and some sourness. The berry flavour is overwelming, good maltiness, some spiciness, average sweetness and a good touch of alcohol. Bombastic bubbly mouthfeel though somewhat soft.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Clear and thin looking brown-reddish colour. Nice big white head that was mostly lasting. Good lacing left in glass. Aroma was at first sniff very yeasty with some malty and hop notes in there as well. More specific I sense some leather, cheesy, grain, toasted, flowers. Other miscellaneous notes being banana, light bubble gum, hints of dry fruit. Palate were the body was medium with a slightly dry texture. Carbonation was lively. Initial flavour was medium bitter-sweet. Slight sweet finish. Defiantly the best Leffe so fare.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma is super fruity like plums strawberrys and this type of meat flemish ale product which i cant think of. Taste is not as complex but toffee and fruity notes throughout, a not bad effort. Perhaps a shoe is a toasted in wheel?
