The 33cl bottle. Clear red color. Can feel an aromatic maltiness and a reel creamy taste as it is describe. The aromatic taste come from the malt but also from the hop and a slight bitterness come at the end of swallowing. The thickeness is also very well balanced. I was not surprised to find the "Leffe" taste as all the other Leffe beers, you will not be lost !

330ml Bottle. This pours a thick white head over a clear ruby brown body. Its aroma is yeast, banana, caramel and dark berry. Its slightly medicinal when that combination is mixed with the sweetness of the high alcohol content. Its taste is quite typically Belgian. The smokiness and the sweetness are to the fore but theres also malts and a fair bit of dark berry too. It finishes with a sweet bitter aftertaste. I’m surprised this beer was so good coming from Leffe but there are better.

330ml bottle from Les Crepes de Sophie, Shrewsbury. Highly carbonated which begs a slow savour.. presents a floral, aromatic yeast quality with hints of a tripel character and a blackberry aftertaste the further in you go. Quite possibly the best Leffe out there.

Amber colour with a fluffy head. Aroma of Belgian yeast, banana and berries. Also some burnt sugar. Taste of cane sugar, esters, some molasses, berries and some orange and red apples. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours clear darkish amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of fruit and caramel malt. Sweetish flavour of malt and caramel, with distinct fruity (berrylike?) notes and touches of hops. Discernible alcohol presence. Bittersweet aftertaste. Nice.

33cl bottle at A Tutta Birra, Milan. Dark amber coloured, with large, creamy off-white head. Aroma is yeasty, dark fruits and spicey. Interesting and nice taste; full bodied, malty, and fruity with a slight bitter aftertaste. Quite good.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2013 Low carbonation. Malty - fruity wine like taste. Gentle bitter-sweet flat taste that swallows clean and smooth with little to no after taste. Good balance if sweet to bitter. The taste is nice but is too clean and constant.

Nett und fruchtig, wenn auch etwas leicht auf der Brust. Rosinen mit Pflaumen, dazu etwas Alkohol. Nicht schlecht.
