3.5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 8/20
Dark golden color with a nice head. I smell fruit, malt, and big yeast. I taste all of the same plus spice and hoppy sweet finish. I like this ale......

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Strong spicy yeast aroma with strong breast caramel malts, nutty, cinnamon, clove cookies.
Pours a clear light amber with small white lasting creamy head
Malty bready body with clove spiciness and a strong spice finish.
Full bodied with low co2, coats palate. Lingering spicy finish.
A bit thick for a Tripel. Chewy almost. Sweetness is almost cloying. Should have fermented out more, but then the spice would probabaly overpower too much. Drinkable, but disappointed.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Draft at Taps Beer Bar, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a clear medium amber with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is sweet malt and yeast.
The flavour is moderate to strong sweet with a toffee caramel malt, light burning alcohol palate. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. A great example of the style but I’m not a big fan of big alcoholic Tripel’s.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sample at Grassroots Jacksonville. A good tripel overall. Nice touch of sweetness that almost touches syrupy, with a touch of hop bitterness and it finishes with some warning booze. Full mouthfeel. Tasty.

On draft at the Taphouse41 in Sioux Falls, SD. Nice golden color. Small head. Good taste with the high alcohol contents nicely masked. Not a bed tripel.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a opaque copper, with a small head. Very sweet with banana and bread on the nose. Almost over powering with sweetness. Very estery flavours, a bit too much for me

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Amber pour with a small white head. Spicy aroma with some plum and lemon rind. The body is kind of thick for a triple, but it has nice deep fruit flavors, some good spice (red pepper and clove), a little honey.

2.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
From a 12 oz bottle into a Belgian snifter.
Cloudy amber color like an unfiltered apple cider. Topped with a small white head that quickly recedes to a thin ring.
Oddly, the sweet aroma has a clear suggestion of apples, and is markedly fruity.
The flavor is way too sweet, with brown sugar, alcohol, caramel malts and spices. Off style and not appealing.
O: Drinkable but not very good, and an insult to Belgian brewers to include that "Belgian-style" on the label. I’ll now avoid this brewery which may be pinning it’s forutnes on the resemblance of Left Coast to the far superior brewrs, Lost Coast and Left Hand.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
From a bottle. Pours dull cloudy amber with minimal head, mild sour flavour and aroma, very smooth with no hint of the huge alcohol content. Dangerously drinkable.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
From a 12 oz bottle in the Greenville Beer Exchange tasting event in Greenville, NC.
Cloudy yellow golden colour with a small white head.
Belgian yeast, sweetness, mild bitterness and malty dryness. A bit unbalanced and sweet aroma. The flavour is sweetness, alcohol, malt, spices and hoppy bitterness. Quite typical strong American Belgian brew.
