Murky with big yeast lumps, medium yellow colour with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy citrus, grpae, soured mild, white wine, moderate malty, corn. Flavour is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart, citrus, soured milk, dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20130111]

Incredibly milky. Actually almost white with a little bit of a yellow/straw hue to it. Huge white head. Smells...off. There’s a decent tropical fruitiness to it, but also vinegar, brine, and bleach. Maybe some lemon zest and wheat. The flavor is highly sour and acetic. Seawater saltiness, white vinegar, pineapple, green apple, and hints of wheat, grass, and lemon zest.

Growler from the brewery. 1 day old. Pours a hazy yellow with big white head. Aroma is bready, lemon, acid and some raison or dust character. Taste is overpowering acedic sour and lemons. Metal about half way through that lingers. Lager components of grain and some headache come in at the end to leave a nasty after taste. Really tastes like a stale Shock Top with loads of lemon juice added. Not refreshing, just fake sourness.

<Hazy light yellow body with a large white head. Aroma is bread (ryebread), grain, lemon, lime. Flavor is grain, ryebread, tart.

On tap at the Untapped Festival. Pours a pale yellow color with a white head. Aroma has some tart wheat and lemon notes. The flavor is very similar. The tart wheat character dominates, but there is also a little bit of vanilla. The tartness level is fairly low, but the beer is very drinkable and would go great on a hot day. Thin mouthfeel and low carbonation.

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2013 Clear yellow with a white head and tiny floaties. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, grainy, bready, citrus and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Sweet finish. 110113

Murky/floaties yellow with medium white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, lactose and citrus. Flavour is malt, wheat, lactose, citrus, sour, grainy and a little tart.

UPDATED: JAN 13, 2013 Pours cloudy yellow with chunks. Dry, yeasty and phenolic nose with plenty of citrus. Dammnn.. Maaad chunks unlike anything ive ever seen. Tart and earthy flavor with lots of yeast and lemon.

Huge chunky head with excellent duration. Color is pale golden. Aroma and taste are chunky wheat malt, citrus, brett, grain and notes of hops. Quite mild and not that sour.

Pours white and yellow with a small white head. Nose is light citrus both lemon and lime. Vinegar too white some doughy yeast aroma too. Taste is sweet with a good tart punch to it. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, body is light and the finish is long. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
