a touch of hay, grains of paradise, cardamom, oranges. Full bodied, moderately dry, but nit funky or dry enough. Saison on training wheels. Just not a style most American brewers can do well.

Mixture of faint sourness and floral tastes makes for an interesting combination. Pours dark amber, small white foam, leaves more of a bitter finish that fades soon.

spicy slightly sour grainy reddsih brew. Nice representation. The yeast gives the palate a fruity spicy ester but small amounts well balanced with banana. Overall really nice.

pours a cloudy pale yellow with a large white head, and good lacing.
smell is of grain, yeast, and some citrus.
taste is sticky, sweet fruits, citrus, yeast, and some hops. ends on the dry side.

Aroma: spice and fruit. Appearance: a yellow/orange pour with no head or lacing. Taste: sweet forward - fruit and spice. Mouthfeel: light and moderate carbonation. Overall: enjoyable but not like most Saisons I've had - darker color and not as dry finish.

Bomber from Casa De Oro. Dry yeasty nose with a hint of sweetness. Slightly spiced with some yeast and a touch of grapefruit peel in the finish. Easy drinking saison.

Hazy yellow pour with a white head. Nose is lemon, earth, funk, spices, and yeasty. Very light on the palate, funk at first, followed by herbs, spices, and a refreshing finish.
