This German Style Hefeweizen (pronounced He-fe-vite-zin) is unfiltered and naturally cloudy from the generous use of German wheat. Flavors of banana and clove will be noticed, these are a by-product of our special Hefeweizen yeast, and are typical of a traditional German Hefeweizen. This beer has a spicy and fruity aroma and flavor, and a refreshing, almost creamy, taste and texture.
