Really nice. Pours a hazy orange with white head. Aromas of malty corn syrup and caramel. Also resin. Flavours are sweet and malty. Caramel. Then transitions to a nice pine bitterness. Really good.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from 12oz bottle, pours a dark hazy amber orange with a thick off white head and a lot of lacing in the glass, the aroma is a little more sweet than I was expecting with just a kick of citrus and hops coming through, the flavor is of bittering hops and a ton of sweet malt, whoa, something is telling me this didnít get to Wisconsin in just a few weeks of bottling, thick mouthfeel that coats your entire mouth, I personally like my DIPAís fresh and light with a good amount of citrus and a smooth finish, this is basically the exact opposite, I might have to ask our local distributer about how old some of this stuff is, too bad, I was looking forward to this one. My wife swore it tasted like my first batch of homebrew, and thatís not a good thing.

2.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. Pours orange with a white head. Medium floral bitterness, sweet malts, and light earthy notes. Tastes like an average amber ale. Either you all have shitty palates or I got burned with an old bottle. Sorry Left Coast, if you dated your bottles, I wouldnít rate this likely out of date bottle. But you donít. So tough shit.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Lovely imperial IPA, and very representative of the style. Loved the barnyard, cheese, basement aromas and resin grass hops.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This beverage reminded me of the 2012-2013 Yale menís hockey team: it came out of nowhere, blew away the competition and took home the hardware. Nice golden hues and citrusy aroma up front...it appeared to be nothing special, but the back end of this brew smacked me with hops and a slight cotton-candy taste. Extremely hopped-up delight that is my title-winner for favorite new brew in the summer of 2013.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Poured this a bit on the cold side with a small, cream-colored head that quickly settled to a very thin cover and no lace. Color is a clear a amber with some tiny bubble trails. Aroma is strongly hop- resin and citrus- plus malt, caramel, a hint of wet cardboard. Flavorís like smell with the strong hopping covering up the underlying sweetness. Bodyís a little odd as the carbonation is quite fine; however, I think it works well as too much carbonic tang can clash with hop this strong. Finish is like flavor, fairly long and only has a suggestion of the alcohol power. Very good beer.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma lost on me thanks to my sinuses. Taste is a mix of citrusy, then slightly piney hops with malt and alcohol sweetness sharing the taste about 50/50 with the hops. Very drinkable, so the ABV will sneak up on you. Good DIPA, a bit malty sweet for my taste.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle - sampled at a distributorís tasting event in Providence. A clear medium golden color. Bright floral-spice-citrus aromas. Good hop profile. Assertive finish. Pretty good overall.
