bottle from Bierkompass. Hazy golden, creamy off-white head, strong hop aroma with hints of fruity, resine, pine needles, tropical fruit. Full-bodied with quite and alcoholic flavour giving the beer a rather rough caharacter, overpowering the gorgeous hop flavours.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
This one is malty with a good amount of hop aroma and bitterness. Aroma is toasty, malt, faint caramel, cereal, pine, and maybe raisins. Taste is very malty like grain cereal with some piney hop character that’s faintly citrus. If you like the more malty DIPAs, then you’ll like this one...my right is your left...your left my right...but up is up and down is down...what am I?

Pours copper with perfect head. Nose is malty with caramel and walnuts. Very bitter! Very creamy and malty, mild caramel flavor, roasted nuts, but again very bitter. Overall a wonderful beer, just a tad too bitter for me.

Hop Juice is also dry hopped for two weeks with Centennial for extra hop power. The pour is a glorious bright orange in the body and has a thick and sticky frothy head that coats the entire glass after a few sips. The aroma is pronouncedly resinous including noted herbal and pine scents and fresh grapefruit zest notes. A rather full and floral nose with heavy tropical fruits and mild toasted caramalized malts atop the heaps of hop aromas. My first few sips were quite sweet and resin forward with enhanced bitterness and dry astringency after a few more sips. The bitterness and resinous smack is long lasting and adds a few tropical pineapple and grapefruity citrus flavours into the mix. The boozyness goes unnoticed with a prolonged bitterness stealing the show.Light floral notes and subtle toasted malts are subtley shoved aside in the heavy hop centric flavour profile.
