At Left Coast Brewing Co. we pride ourselves on being one of the pioneers of Double IPA style craft beer. This hop monster uses Premium American 2– Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a solid malt foundation. Five different Hop Varieties are used in the Hop Juice. It spends two weeks dry hopping in fermenter contributing to its great hop aroma. Starts out sweet and finishes with the crisp bitterness of a Double IPA. This drinkable blend will have you HOPPING till nights end.

Draft at Oggi’s, Liberty Station Point Loma. Got a beer mat that says it could be "Left Coast". Strong pine aroma. Dark orange tinged amber color. The white head quickly filmed. Starts with strong pine, a little malt, and a citrus hint. Medium bodied with at least mild carbonation. Heat at the finish. Quite dry finish, and the mouth drips with evergreen oil bitter. Fantastic.

Orange pour with a white head. Sweet tropical fruit and caramel malt up front. Nice grapefruit, some pine, and a touch of peach. Lightly floral, too. Somewhat sweet flavor, but plenty of hops. Good grapefruit, peach, pineapple, and pine. Light to moderate bitterness, some floral hops, and caramel.

bottle from ølbutikken almost clear orange, large smooth beige head. Fantastic aromatic malty, sweet malty, strong hoppy aroma, the aroma reminds me of one of my alltime favorites, ølfabrikken rug ipa, sweet solid malty base and a very strong hop profile on top of that. Fantastic. flavor is very sweet malty, white sugar, slight note of oxidation or something dusty, strong bitter hoppy aftertaste, Very sweet, very bitter hoppy, but balanced. Not as great as the aroma though. Palate is extremely soft, This one hit my soft spot for sweet ipa’s pretty solidly. Very delicious, but there is something in there i don’t quite like. Perhaps a strange hoppy flavor from one of the hops- i don’t quite recognize it..

11/6/5/7/12/6

It’s a hazy bronze-golden beer with a creamy head and a hoppy aroma with notes of fruit and citrus. The flavour is sweet and very hoppy with notes of fruit, citrus, spruce, mango, caramel and a nice bitterness, also in the finish.

An amber ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a doughy biscuit malt with grassy floral hops hops, raisin, not bad. In mouth, a rather doughy biscuit malt with resinous and floral hops, raising dough, OK. Bottle at Downtown Brew fest LV 2013.
