COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
At Left Coast Brewing Co. we pride ourselves on being one of the pioneers of Double IPA style craft beer. This hop monster uses Premium American 2– Row and a touch of light crystal malt to create a solid malt foundation. Five different Hop Varieties are used in the Hop Juice. It spends two weeks dry hopping in fermenter contributing to its great hop aroma. Starts out sweet and finishes with the crisp bitterness of a Double IPA. This drinkable blend will have you HOPPING till nights end.

Very Well Done!!! Now is the time for all good men to sample great beers. Not justly satisfying the parched tongue, but justly imbibing the taste and aroma and the escence of a nice beer

Pours hazy orange with quickly dissipating head. Aroma is big piney hops, resin and malt. Taste is a smooth, sweet floral upfront and fades to a crisp bitterness with a slightly oily mouthfeel. A very nice offering.

Bomber. Resiny hop aroma. Pours clear, orangish amber color. Bottle was poured into 2 tulip glasses, and I think it was bottle conditioned, since my glass was very cloudy & the other glass was clear! Head dissipates quickly, a little lacing. Full bodied. Overall, a good IPA. Low bitterness, good citrus flavor.

Ámbar limpio, espuma blanca compacta. Aromas de ésteres afrutados, pino y alcohol. Cuerpo denso, inicio dulce y afeitado, melocotón y mango con final de amargor algo astringente y alcohólico.

Standard longneck. Good label and cap. Clear, bright orange-gold, eggshell foam. Inviting toffee hop aroma. Very hoppy, resinous, moderately sweet and fruity. Bitterness borders on astringency sometimes. Chewy, sticky mouthfeel. Long citrus pith bitter finish. Booziness is well masked. Whole Foods, Tallahassee on a sweltering, stormy day.

This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a hazy to transparent bronzed color with a slim finger’s worth of white foaminess that dissipated immediately leaving clingy messy lacing. The smell had some herbal to floral sweetness rolling over a caramel maltiness. The taste copied the smell staying sweet throughout . Barely any bitterness showed any presence. Slight caramel aftertaste and a semi-dry finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed decent for the style and for me. The herbal quality puncuates the palate to create a decent smoothness. Overall, if the bitterness was brought up on this one...yeah, could be way better.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a glass. Hazy light orange with small white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, low carbonation, and very little lacing. Taste is herbal hips and bitter finish.

Strong hopps and pine flavored in this beer. Pours orange with a cream colored thick head. Smells like hopps and grain. Bottle pour at home. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Malty cereal aroma. Pours clear orange with a thin white head. Not real hoppy flavor, mostly bread and cereal malt flavors.

Malt dominant from sniff to slurp - the Michael Jordan of sweet digestive biscuit malt too - hops there in abundance but cowering under their malt master whips - I prefer hops on top so I’ve marked this down accordingly but my boozing buddy absolutely raved about the malt and obviously this suits his malt mouth.

This thing tastes filthy. I really like it. It pours a murky gold color, there isn’t much head, and the foam fades quickly. Mild, sweet citrus in the nose, not much else. The flavor really brings the complexity. That citrus hits up front, then dense, warm malt. The finish is a musky, strong hop overload. Vegetable and grass notes dominate. 9.7% ABV is apparent. Good beer.
