Thanks to Kingpin,I am on such a roll of fantastic brews. This aroma was like sticking my head into a bag of citus hops, smelled like a creamsicle at first, stunning in its all around great hop fragrance, flavor was a huge wash of bittering hops, with some caramel backing, not that theres anything wrong with that, but a little more mix of flavoring hops would have put this closer to the top still a wonderful hop bomb

22 ounce bottle split in pint glass. Clear copper with lasting flat head and some lace. Citrus and pine hoppy aroma. Mild honey orange fruitiness with piney resiny and orange citrus hop flavor. Not excessively bitter due to fruity sweet balance. Medium-full body and medium carbo. Pretty decent. Somewhat assertive without being unpleasant.

On tap at Capones. Pours a hazy amber with orange notes and a smaller off white creamy/bubbly head that left some lacing. Aroma of caramel malt, pine, orange peel, sweet maltiness, fresh resinous hop cones and fruity candy notes. Flavor of grapefruit, pine, lots of hop bitterness and resinous hop juice! Also getting some sweet caramel malt, mostly hoppy with enough malt to help balance at bit. How a double IPA should be. Drink it fresh and love those hops.

Pours golden amber with no head. Hoppy nose with some pine. Same with flavor. Decent but not great.

Thanks to kegbear for this bomber. Pours hazy golden orange with white head. Aroma is very citrusy and fruity with floral hops. Flavor is unlike any IIPA I have ever had. Flavor is huge dose of citrus and hops but not in a good way. Flavor dominated by sour and musky notes. This beer is a fucking mess. Sort of like DFH 120 gone way bad. Maybe I have a bad bottle but this is just not a good beer.

Clear amber with a white head. Huge desert floral aromas with some caramel. Medium body. Big bittersweet flavors of grapefruit citrus, with desert floral, and a caramel sweetness to balance. The hop profile here is borderline harsh, saved only by a big caramel sweetness. No complaints.
