2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
On tap @ Left Coast. Slightly hazed golden pour with a white head. Grain, bread, and popcorn aromas. A hint of toast, some grass, and soap. Maybe a bit of lemon. Flavor is lightly sweet with some bitter grain and grass. Popcorn, club soda, bread, and lemon peel. A bit of a burnt character to it, too. Kind of soapy. Just bitter malt water, as pepsican would say.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
UPDATED: AUG 25, 2014 A surprisingly well rounded brew that covers all the bases of a sessionable beer (albeit not as well as an English Bitter). Full bodied and balanced beyond the expectation of a low alcohol beer.
