3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Midweek, humpday blues and all I had this. It’s really quite nice, despite the IBU number being 92 it’s not bitter and there is a big overhead of sweetness. Added to the ’full’ or ’fluffy’ mouthfeel this is a beer that had a start, middle and end. The end is in a dryness. A fair amount of ’flavours’ also, like grapefruit, lemon maybe and a tad of grass, it’s all a bit of a dance. Could you go two? probably not, but this would be fantastic as a part of course drinking, entree, main or finish. In summary - made me smile :-)

I would definitely buy this beer again. Solid IPA with a stiff grassy aroma. Good thick mouthfeel leaves the palette satisfied.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Location: 22 oz bottle from Central Market, 9/18/13
Aroma: The nose is full of orange juice, grapefruit, hops, and some caramel/toffee
Appearance: A total and complete gusher: pours a hazy orange color with a frothy white head
Flavor: This one tastes hoppy and a little sweet, it is juicy and citrusy as well
Palate: Lighter body, with a clean/crispness, a long, dry finish, and way too much carbonation
Unfortunately this was such an absurd gusher that I lost a good 25% of the beer. What a waste! Anyway, this one is pretty good, but that carbonation does hurt the drinkability. As a fruity/juicy IPA though, I enjoyed it.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Lovely. Amber pour with a dense white head. Body is incredibly rich and creamy. Starts out sweetish with grapefruit and hay, nice malt backbone. Ends up very dry and moderately bitter.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
This copper ipa has great hop characteristics without compromising the sweet malty flavors. Goes down real smooth unlike the ultra dry hopped ipa's out there.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours orange with an off white head. Light fruity hops, lightly sweet toffee malts, and some flowery hops in a lingering medium bitter finish. Jesus, this is like some run-of-the-mill amber ale. Is the bottle out of date? No clue, because it’s not dated. I’d say pass on this one unless you’re positive it’s very fresh.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Had it out of a bottle. Pours a hazy copper hue with a creamy head and an uneven lace. Aroma is a mixture of pine and hops and the taste is of malt with a hop kicker.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
Most excedingly excellent IPA! Poured at a good temperature with a large, cream colored, foamy, head that settled after a bit, and good lacing. Color is a clear medium amber with some bubble trails. Aroma is more pine resin than citrus, fresh, caramel malt, and alluring. Flavor’s like nose, of a strength like a traditional American IPA, good balance between main characteristics, fairly dry. Body/carbonation are perfect for style. Finish is predominantly hop bitter followed by malt, long, and very drinkable. Very well done.
