COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean, and pleasantly hoppy. With every sip this tasty IPA will take you back to your escape, such as local surf spot Trestles. Its strong copper color and clean finish on the palate are created by brewing with a 2-row malt and light imported crystal malt. We use CTZ and chinook hops and follow it up with the addition of dry hops of chinook and centennial in the fermenter bringing out a citrus aroma. Find your escape.

A very tasty IPA. Pine and grapefruit are my favorites and are well represented here. Mouthfeel is lush and the finish lasts and lasts. Low ABV makes this a perfect session IPA.

Pours gold orange with oily white head. The aroma is more caramel grainy than hops. The taste is light but grainy with a soft crisp hop bite of pine and grapefruit. It does not have a strong bitterness but as it leaves it becomes more pronounced, with grapefruit and a mild floral spur. There is a refreshing quality about it but a robust resinous pine that makes this a deeper ipa than some. Very nice for an ipa, mild ish for a west coast brewery. Carbonation is softer and smooth letting the hop oils come out more. I could drink a couple of these.

Orange in color with a decent off-white head. Aroma is slightly musty, grass, citrus, and light pine. Taste is of pine, light pine and earth, and citrus.

Clear look, deep golden orange in color, with a thinner off white head. The smell is pine, fruits, caramel, grass, and hops. The taste is medium bitterness, pine, fruits, grass, and musty.

Tap at Square Cow-El Paso, TX-Pours lightly hazy bright orange with a small soapy white head. nose is floral and by the book-nothing really striking here. jus smells like your standard floral-forward IPA for the masses. This beer doesnt seem all that punchy, meaning it maybe a bit on the old side (even though this place just opened up) orange and tangerine flavors dominate with lite bitterness. Not offensive, just doesnt do much for me. However, its a clean fermet so i give it props for that. I would like to try this fresh then maybe it would be a bit better.

Light bodied, but very hoppy beer. To me this is the perfect summer IPA. Goes down a treat, with a lovely citrus/floral/pine finish.Really good stuff from an underrated brewery (IMHO).

Bottle @ home. Clear golden orange appearance with a big off white head. Earthy citrusy hoppy, a touch toasty aroma that doesn’t smell incredibly fresh. Pretty tasty grapefruity, a bit resiny, earthy hoppy flavor with notes of toasted malts and light caramel. Pretty good but wish it was a bit fresher.

650 ml. bottle. 6.8% ABV per the label. Pours a medium, lasting, off white head, with attractive lacing, over a clear, amber (SRM 8) body....nose is light citrus, pine, hints of toffee/caramel.....taste is pine, citrus, light toffee/caramel, hints of floral sweetness, a touch of pineapple, finishing with a medium hop bitterness....mouth feel medium, slightly astringent, carbonation adds a gentle fizz. In spite of the Left Coast name, this is a slightly lighter take on an IPA. The bittering hops are done with a relatively light hand, the result being a very floral, flavorful IPA with lower bitterness than many. BJCP 7/3/15/4/7

Poured from the bottle. Aroma was great, this was a nicely hoped beer, with great citrus flavors.
