Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean, and pleasantly hoppy. With every sip this tasty IPA will take you back to your escape, such as local surf spot Trestles. Its strong copper color and clean finish on the palate are created by brewing with a 2-row malt and light imported crystal malt. We use CTZ and chinook hops and follow it up with the addition of dry hops of chinook and centennial in the fermenter bringing out a citrus aroma. Find your escape.

Tap @ Red Hot. Cloudy gold pour with a short white head and heavy lace. Hoppy nose, all citrus and pine. Medium-light body with fine carbonation giving a lovely mouth feel that makes you want another swallow. Toast, resinous hops, dinner rolls, grapefruit, oranges and pignoli. Long, dry, bitter finish with a slight oiliness. A great IPA named for one of my favorite spots in SoCal.

Bottle, hared with Parksy. Hazy medium golden with a creamy thick white head. Extremely hoppy aroma, very fresh, heaps of grapefruit and pine, some minty notes too. Sweet malty base, more biscuity caramel than toasty, but really this beer is all about the hops. Tons of grapefruit rind, mouth-coating massive bitterness. Enormously hoppy, fresh and delicious!

Bottle. Cloudy golden beer with a frothy white head. The aroma is well hopped, and the flavour is deeply hopped with a floral yeasty’ness. Overall a very nice drinkable well hopped beer.

The pour is a hazy orangey color with a full, white, creamy, rocky head which settles to a thick, rocky layer and leaves thick, tight lace. The nose is full of toasted caramel, sweet rolls, minty, some resins, and some orangey/tangerine citrus. The bitterness of was nearly high for this 6% beer probably from the Columbus; very rustic, resinous, some tangerine, mint still, and toasted rolls. The palate is light medium, velvety, soft to lively, and a bit sticky. The beer finishes fairly long with tangerine, resinous, light rustic, and mint. I did find myself liking the beer despite the intense bitterness without the matching with complex hop flavors. Still, the Columbus added much more intensity to the hops notes than any other 6% beer I have had to date. Nice, unique, and very bitter.

Hazy copper body, white head. Aroma has pines, ghrapefruit, citrus, round maltiness and caramel. Flavour adds more fruits and resiny hops. Rough and intense, but fresh bitterness. Very smooth and fullfilling palate. Really malty structure which holds out nicely to the end.

650ml bottle, mybrewerytap.com. Pleasant pale copper coloured beer. Fresh and tangy with a woody, caramel nose. On the tongue, it’s pine and citrus, as you’d expected, good lively carbonation and the finish brings in some sharp orange notes. Really lingering aftertaste, with bitterness that really hangs around, way down in the throat. A good, simple, well-flavoured IPA.

Bomber. Pours a cloudy copper gold with a small frothy off white head leaving sticky lacing along the glass. The aroma is floral hops, pine and grapefruit. Thin mouthfeel with a strong resin hop bite with citrus and a nice lingering light bitter finish. Easy to drink, a very good IPA from Left Coast.

This smells really good. Fruity orange/grapefruit hops. This is a quite tasty beer. Some nice hops that are bitter but consistent and with some fruitiness too. Wish I wasn’t sharing.
