Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean, and pleasantly hoppy. With every sip this tasty IPA will take you back to your escape, such as local surf spot Trestles. Its strong copper color and clean finish on the palate are created by brewing with a 2-row malt and light imported crystal malt. We use CTZ and chinook hops and follow it up with the addition of dry hops of chinook and centennial in the fermenter bringing out a citrus aroma. Find your escape.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly concentrated grassy, leafs, caramel malts, lawn, hops, dried fruits, pine needles, citrus peel, moss, hay. Taste is slightly dry, weeds, old leafs, hay, light malts, citrus peel, moss, pine needles, lawn. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry and kind of watery mouthfeel. Fair enough.

12oz bottle: Aroma has got a spicy hop characteristic with a little of the nutty malt poking through. Appearance is a Amber pour with a thick white head that diminishes slowly. Taste has got upfront spicy resin laden hop textures with a nicely bitter note, and no real malts that are noticeable with the sampling. Palate has a medium body, somewhat sticky texture and a slightly bitter finish. Overall, decent IPA but nothing to write home about. Cheers!

Light medium citrus hops smell, taste isn’t too hoppy but approaching at first, then mellows out... Citrus throughout, quite good strength

maybe not the freshest...muted citrusy aroma and flavor, a touch too malty, but still ok. Not something I’ll go back to unless fresh at the source.

An okay IPA. A bit too unbalanced on the bitter side for me. Plenty of grapefruit and pine hops.

Nice IPA, had on draft July 22 at Wahoo's. Light scent with a nice golden color, local from San Clemente, nice IPA taste without any big aftertaste, a good west coast IPA ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden colour. Aroma. faint aroma, of pine and a bit of stone fruit. Taste. Grapefruit on entry, followed by some nice stone fruit flavours with a piney bitterness throughout. Overall. A solid ipa full of flavour and bitterness, definitely one for the seasoned drinker.
