COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean, and pleasantly hoppy. With every sip this tasty IPA will take you back to your escape, such as local surf spot Trestles. Its strong copper color and clean finish on the palate are created by brewing with a 2-row malt and light imported crystal malt. We use CTZ and chinook hops and follow it up with the addition of dry hops of chinook and centennial in the fermenter bringing out a citrus aroma. Find your escape.

Pours golden, sparkling, frothy head. Complex aroma of flowers, mango, grapefruit, hint of bread and honey. Taste: roasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate, nuts, grapefruit zest, tropical fruits.

Bottle - Gusher. Once it settles down, pours clear copper with a foamy light tan head. Nose is sweet caramel, a bit of bourbon twang, and some heavy bread malt. Taste is the same. Super sweet and caramelly, with spicy bread malt, nuttiness, and a little herbal hopping. Thick and slick with ample carbonation. Very little hopping to speak of. No bottle date on the neck where apparently it’s supposed to be. Man, West Coast IPAs turn into absolute shit when they’re (probably old), I’ve had my fair share of bombs, though there’s no way to tell the age on this one.

TAP. Cloudy orange pour with thick white head. Citrus hops on the nose. Heavy malts up front flowing into a sticky toffee, ending with a hoppy bitter back end. Sourced Meat People Dunsborough

Bottle. So much foam that it ran out of the bottle when opened and poured very tall head in a mug. Cloudy light amber color. Taste is light, a little fruity, with clean hops. Not as much hops as many IPAs, which is refreshing if you’re not a huge fan of IPAs. Excellent and approachable brew.

a very nice, crisp, hoppy ipa. slightly piney and not much citrus in this one. smells hoppy and boozy. poured from a bottle at home. pours cloudy orange in color with a tan head.

Pours gold with an orange haze and frothy off-white head. Aroma is pungent and sticky with sweet floral citrus resin character. Flavor is light and sweet with a more floral profile that is both tangy and fluffy.

An IPA that’s a bit on the lighter side, in color, body and happiness. Resinous hop aroma and taste, a bit of metallic taste at the finish. Some light citrus notes also. Not bad, but surprised to see it 96.

Probably a good overall IPA but too sweet for me. Not very hoppy but nice to support the surfing brewmasters.

Gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is medium malt and a resiny/citrus hop kicker. Flavor is semi sweet maltiness with a hard bitter that is almost harsh. Medium body with good carbonation. pretty solid
