COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean, and pleasantly hoppy. With every sip this tasty IPA will take you back to your escape, such as local surf spot Trestles. Its strong copper color and clean finish on the palate are created by brewing with a 2-row malt and light imported crystal malt. We use CTZ and chinook hops and follow it up with the addition of dry hops of chinook and centennial in the fermenter bringing out a citrus aroma. Find your escape.

Bottle. So much foam that it ran out of the bottle when opened and poured very tall head in a mug. Cloudy light amber color. Taste is light, a little fruity, with clean hops. Not as much hops as many IPAs, which is refreshing if you’re not a huge fan of IPAs. Excellent and approachable brew.

a very nice, crisp, hoppy ipa. slightly piney and not much citrus in this one. smells hoppy and boozy. poured from a bottle at home. pours cloudy orange in color with a tan head.

Pours gold with an orange haze and frothy off-white head. Aroma is pungent and sticky with sweet floral citrus resin character. Flavor is light and sweet with a more floral profile that is both tangy and fluffy.

An IPA that’s a bit on the lighter side, in color, body and happiness. Resinous hop aroma and taste, a bit of metallic taste at the finish. Some light citrus notes also. Not bad, but surprised to see it 96.

Probably a good overall IPA but too sweet for me. Not very hoppy but nice to support the surfing brewmasters.

Gold pour with creamy white head and lace. Aroma is medium malt and a resiny/citrus hop kicker. Flavor is semi sweet maltiness with a hard bitter that is almost harsh. Medium body with good carbonation. pretty solid

Copper orange, thin but sturdy white head. Smells like caramel and pine, taste is pretty sweet up front with a caramel, piney, citrus flavor. Seems to lean a bit towards the the sweeter side of the IPA spectrum, but pretty tasty.

From 345 ml bottle. Pours a mostly clear honey-amber with a thin white head and light carbonation. Aromas of grapefruit, pine, caramel, lemon and a little pineapple and peach. Taste is grapefruit zest at first before a firm pine resin and lemon bitterness overlaying a rounded malt sweetness. Light bodied with a lingering spicy aftertaste. Well made IPA.

330mL bottle. Pours a golden/copper hue with a small white head. Lots of caramel and piney/grapefruit in the aroma. Lots of resinous pine and toffee malt in the flavour.

Pours a pretty clear amber with a frothy, if not persistent, eggshell head. Aroma is strongly hoppy, more evergreen and resiny than woody, with an undertone of sweetish malt. Flavor is even hoppier, bold but only a snip or two bitter, with nice malty and citrus underpinnings - very refreshing and drinkable. Good any time of year. Texture is fairly fizzy, if not firm; hoppy finish has more wood emphasis than the flavor or aroma. Surf to the nearest package store or bar that has this available.
