COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean, and pleasantly hoppy. With every sip this tasty IPA will take you back to your escape, such as local surf spot Trestles. Its strong copper color and clean finish on the palate are created by brewing with a 2-row malt and light imported crystal malt. We use CTZ and chinook hops and follow it up with the addition of dry hops of chinook and centennial in the fermenter bringing out a citrus aroma. Find your escape.

foyle (254) - Wyoming, USA - MAY 22, 2014
UPDATED: MAY 23, 2014 Poured from 12 oz bottle into pint glass. Appearance: a thick, fluffy off-white head slowly falls with plenty of lacing remaining. Color is a hazy copper with some streaming carbonation. Aroma: tangerine, pine, floral, citrus rind, a bit of caramel and yeasty rolls. Mouthfeel: medium bodied, oily and sticky with a drying finish and some lingering alcohol burn. Flavor: echoes the aroma with the tangerine, pine and floral hops flavors melding with the sweet malt and just enough caramel to balance the tangy hops. Overall: excellent and well done to the style.

Narnad (1472) - Wonder Lake, Illinois, USA - MAY 16, 2014
Pours a deep orange, low off-white head and a modest amount of carbonation present. Aroma has a lot of orange, low grassy and mild earthy hops nose, sugary malt sweetness with lots of pale malt and light caramel presence. Flavor has a lot of caramel malt presence up front with a sweet grassy and orange hops middle that fades till the end of the sip. Clean overall bitterness. Body is light, low fizzy feel. Overall a run of the mill, well done IPA but nothing out of this world.

Gold, lightly tan head. Nose is nutty malt, lemon, pine, light caramel, some alcohol, berry. Flavor is nice light malt - slightly bready, honey, lemon, beautiful caramel & zest. Gorgeous. Lingering bitterness really well balanced out by the malt.

A good IPA. By definition, too hoppy, but the ale has a good malt taste. Light in color with an average head and medium body, it is a pretty good ale.

Ericular (686) - Minnesota, USA - APR 19, 2014
Malt heavy in aroma and taste up front, then into a definite sour, spicy, malty grapefruit bitterness. Not good. Might be bad, but no date on bottle means no sympathy.

Bottle. Classic California appeals -- copper-amber with a sticky head. Drinks with a sticky mouthfeel and a nice orange-citrus flavor profile. Definite sticky finish and cloying end. Left coast indeed. (#5448, 3/2/2014)
