Great taste, with a definite hop. Very similar to Green Flash beers (which are my favorite).

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear dark gold orange with thick frothy head. Aroma is sweet caramel malt upfront. Taste follows the Aroma with the caramel malt upfront followed by some floral notes and some hop bitterness on the backend. Pretty good brew but a little thin/watery.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours cloudy amber-orange with a frothy, off-white head.
Citrus, orange-grapefruit aroma.
Taste is leafy, resiny bitter...malty.
A decent IPA, wish the citrus showed up as much in the flavour as the nose, though.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
More in a traditional ipa style than west coast style, the copper color clearly demonstrates its maltier than average ipa body.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours a copper-gold with minimal head. Aroma and flavor are both very floral-grassy, with some citrus and a lot of malt present. Not bad but not real great, either.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Very nice IPA with correct hop profile a bit thin but lower abv than many ipa, better than average. Nice lasting head.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Serving: Bottle from State Line Liquors. Nice copper pour with plenty of carbonation. Off white head with pretty decent retention. Very citrusy nose. Nice malt to hop balance for an IPA. Light caramel notes but lots of citrus and lighter pine notes. Medium bodied and easy drinking. Solid brew.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Nice looking beer, orange and slightly hazy, great off-white, slightly orange head that didn’t seem to want to go away, and left sticky lacing.
Aroma and taste were very pungently bitter hops, resiny, piney, pine resin, a healthy dose of citrus and citrus peel (lemon, grapefruit), some black pepper and a touch of earthiness. There’s actually a fairly bold malt backbone, but it’s at least partially masked by the plentiful hops, which are certainly the focus of this beer.
Body is medium and tangy with bitter hops, leaving a warmimg sensation after each sip that makes this one drink and feel more like a double IPA, and more like a higher ABV beer.
I would say if the goal of this beer was to blast the drinker with massive quantities of hops, then mission accomplished. Hop heads should certainly put this one on their list. Overall left coast did a good job on this beer (or is it a hops-beverage with a smidge of malts added?). I would certainly like to have this one again.

4.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Piney and more pine nose.some tropical stuff. Taste is like this looks light and inviting but on your way out the door you get your nuts rolled in an origami porpoise.. Those hops are viable and delicious. I like what this beer have done with/to my mouth. more please.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Clear gold pour, white head. Good retention/some lace. Aroma of citrus, resin, pine, caramel malt. Taste is moderately bitter, big citrus, pine, light caramel sweetness. Palate is soft, oily, bitter finish. Good.
