COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Trestles IPA is light bodied, clean, and pleasantly hoppy. With every sip this tasty IPA will take you back to your escape, such as local surf spot Trestles. Its strong copper color and clean finish on the palate are created by brewing with a 2-row malt and light imported crystal malt. We use CTZ and chinook hops and follow it up with the addition of dry hops of chinook and centennial in the fermenter bringing out a citrus aroma. Find your escape.

Nice IPA, had on draft July 22 at Wahoo's. Light scent with a nice golden color, local from San Clemente, nice IPA taste without any big aftertaste, a good west coast IPA ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured a clear orangey amber colour with a one-finger off-white foamy head that diminished slowly to a collar and laced OK as fine curtains and spots. Carbonation low and fine. Aroma strongly of nice moderately strong pine and citrus (grapefruit, lime) hops plus with some underlying sweetness. Taste dominated initially by tangy grapefruit and lemon followed by hints of caramel sweetness. Light to medium body. Crisp, smooth, refreshing, with a long lingering citric bitterness and with a slightly dry finish. Quite a good IPA.

From a 355ml bottle on 5/5/2015. Pours a slightly opaque deep golden with a small head. Has a lovely hoppy aroma, featuring stone fruit, tropical fruit and grapefruit, with some floral notes in there as well. Take a sip and there’s some light biscuity malt, followed by lots of sweet peach and apricot, with a big, satisfying, grapefruity hops providing the balance. Full bodied with average carbonation. A very harmonious, enjoyable IPA.

Pours a hazy orange copper with minimal head. Aroma is sweet caramel, pine, lime and a hint of spice. Flavour is bitter upfront, but once the bitterness subsides it gives way to steely hop goodness and sweet malt. Delicious beer, but perhaps needs to dial back the bitterness while keeping the flavour and aroma, like feral brewing manages to do with their hop hog. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
