Thin, weakness across the main flavors. Burnt comes through too much. Aftertaste lacks anything enjoyable. Front end is non-offensive. Not that great, not that bad...meh.

Bomber from Albertson’s. Strong roasty nose. A good deal of coffee. Smooth mouth-feel. A fair hop presence. Probably an impy, but gets a higher percentile as a stout. Fairly good stout.

Black, very dark tan head. Tons of burnt malt flavor and bitterness with no hops to interfere. Good stout.

Pours rich dark chocolate brown with a dense mocha head leaving some lace behind. An aggressive roasted malt aroma with hints of coffee cocoa and ash. Aroma is deep and complex. Taste is even more aggressive in that the roasted malts lean more towards burnt, excellent. There is also hints of coffee and ash. A big fat beer thats easy drinking.

Bomber. Poured deep brown with a tall, dense medium tan head. The aroma picked up dark chocolate and coffee with some raspberry and vanilla accents.. maybe a little smoke too.. came across very well. The flavor found heavily-roasted black and chocolate malts at the core with ashy smoke and licorice accents.. dry and roasty on the long, warm finish.. tasty stuff! Medium-bodied, dry, and very roasty on the palate.. a touch of malty sourness showed with warmth, and definitely didn’t hurt it.. very well-balanced and drinkable.

Bottle @ home. Dark brown black appearance with a moderate sized brown head. Roasty coffee, dark chocolate, light vanilla, a touch charred aroma. Burnt chocolate malty, roasty coffee, a bit fruity flavor. Pretty good.
