COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Resurrection is Left Coast’s seasonal offering brewed in a small batch released in a limited quantity. Cellared for one year before bottling, this Belgian Golden Ale has a beautiful crystal clear golden color. This aging process has given it a sweet and spicy, complex fruity aroma and pleasantly tart finish. Fresh coriander is used to delicately spice this flavorful ale. Resurrection finishes with a subtle, warming character to keep you cozy on our cool left coast winter nights.

Aroma is sweet, bready, and oh yeah.. sweet. Starts out tasting like a sweet triple, but then it smacks you in the face with bittersweet fruits that fade to a surprisingly dry, and slightly hoppy finish. Very unique beer. Exactly what I expected from Left Coast.

Clear yellow pour. Lightly roasted malt flavor with lots of honey and nondescript fruit. Sweet honey flavor with some cereal and a bit of brett. Lots of alcohol on the finish. Sweet, a bit boozy, and messy.

Hoppy and sweet nose, some cotton candy and honey. Taste is moderately to very sweet, lightly bitter, fuck this way to sweet and fruity. Not worth writing more about.

6/26/10. Sampled at the Tally Tasting 2010 courtesy fata2683. Sour vinegar aroma and a big sweet flavor with a dry kick. Kinda dig it, actually.

Bottle… Tally Tasting ‘10… Clear yellow ale with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is an unusual merger of new carpet and fuzzy fruits. Full-bodied with a buttery mouthfeel and subdued carbonation. The flavor is painfully sweet, tart and a touch spicy. Finishes tangy, lightly bitter and fruity. Bottle courtesy of fata2683!

22oz bottle from Whole Foods Hill Crest. Cloudy golden yellow with a one finger thick white head, some spotty lacing. Sweet citrus fruits with a faint Belgian yeast quality. A little sweeter on the palate then I was expecting, almost cloying, still pretty tasty.

Found this in the back of a cooler at Lakes Market. Wow they have good beer now! Nice foamy poor, lots of bread, yeast aroma. Taste is SWEET malts. If there where any hops to this they were pretty faint. Tasty sweet bevarage. Enjoyable.
