Bottle 12fl.oz. @ ChrisOs Pre-GBBF Shindig 2010.

[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, moderate hoppy, light citrus fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100731]

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt and citrus. The flavor is sweet malty with light notes of straw adn citrus, leading to a lightly bitter finish. Boring.

From tap at Bishops Arms. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a rocky, dense and white head. Aroma is pinewood and mild fruity. Fruity, dry pinewood hoppy and dry caramel flavoured. Dry malty and slight fruity into a dry and lingering fruity finish.

Bottled@The Chriso Rock The Roof Down pre-GBBF shindig. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some slight syrupy sweetness as well as a bunch of fruity and floral hops. Flavour is fruits, wood, caramel malts, some mild burnt sugary sweetness as well as some mild bread and earthyness.

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear pale golden, small head. Bready grapefruit aroma. Sweet with hops drying it out and some alcohol to warm. Rather soft with chewy mal carrying the grapefruity hops towardsa resiny bitter finish.

Cask at the brewery. Cloudy orange coloured with a small white head. Fruity aroma of hops and pine needles with notes of grass. Fruity flavour of hops, pine needles and grass. Dry hoppy finish.

Draught at Bishop’s Arms, Malmö, Gustav Adolf Torg
Hazy blond color; huge compact head. Hoppy aroma, milf, also a bit cheesy, not fresh. Dry toffee flavor, strong bitterness, some hop oils, buit no other hop characteristics. The final is a bit creamy and buttery. Unexciting.

Body: creamy body
Flavor: lots of blended hop flavor, nice citrus, touch of floral, good earthyness leading to just the right amount of balancing bitterness, sweet caramel backbone keeps it together, light peppery spicyness, lasting bitter finish
Overall: good solid IPA

Aroma: light malt aroma, butterscotch appears as it warms
Flavor: sweet malt flavor, caramel sweetness, earthy hops, bready, touch of butterscotch, lots of astrengent bitterness, ends up as a buttery astrengent mess
Overall: this monkey has lost weight and gone psycho after dropping its BFF thinking it could do better as a new and improved slimmer primate, legalize monkeyside

Bottle @ Odense Summer Tasting, 2011. Pours clear golden with a small creamy off white head. Citrus, bread and corn. Unfermented wort. Dry and bitter end.

(12oz, bottled 02/03/10, courtesy of angrypirate06) Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma of caramel, bread, florals, grapefruit, and herbs. Flavor of herbs, caramel malt, pine, and grass with a bitter finish.
