Draft. Nearly black. Pepper is subtle in the arpma but more evident in the taste, but subtle and balanced enough to be very enjoyable. Body is a bit too light.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle from ericandersnavy. Pours black with a small tan head. Aromas of sweet toasted malt and perhaps a touch of coffee. Full bodied with striking carbonation. Flavor is smooth burnt malt with a touch vanilla and some chocolate. Arguably coffee in the finish. It does end mildly astringent and a very little bitter. Pretty enjoyable.
