COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ingredients: Water; Malted barley; Ginger root; Hops; Yeast.
Our beer is basically a pale ale brewed from a relative low gravity, with some of the hops which would normally be used in the beer replaced by freshly ground ginger root. The beer is light in body, lower in alcohol, has a distinct ginger aroma, and has a very crisp finish. It was initially brewed as a refreshing alternative to the plethora of wheat beers which are popular in the summertime. Popular demand turned it into a year round beer.

From bottle...pours into glass amber and light...citrusy aroma...refreshing. Good flavor, crisp and light, but you can definitely taste the ginger & the ginger is evident in the aftertaste too

Bottle. Copper/amber with almost no head. Aroma and taste are ginger and soap. Thin crisp mouthfeel. Not my thing.

Pours a clear orange. No head, some lacing. Ginger, hints of honey on the nose. Spices, sweet citrus, loads of ginger. This is one of the better ginger beers Iíve had, but Iíve only had terrible ginger beers so thatís not saying much.

Hazy yellow. Ginger, lemon, hops in the aroma. Tasted first like a ginger ale but finished more a standard pale ale. Fairly crisp and sessionable. Not bad at all.
