2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From a 12 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear rosy copper with an off white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of ginger and white bread with a bit of lime. Light bodied. Light finish. Hmmm.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
6 oz pour from refrigerated bottle into a sniffer glass. Pours hazy with only a whisper of a head. Golden with mild carbonation. Nose is definitely ginger. Also a little earthy or dirt-y. Mouthfeel is moderate-on-creamy. Fairly dry and crisp overall. Taste is ginger, grass, lemon, and a bit of malts. A little bit of a ginger bite on the end. Fairly unobtrusive overall. A neat beer. Not too much on it?s own, but I think one could have a lot of fun pairing this with food.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a clear medium gold, light head. Aroma is spicey ginger. Planty vegetable character. Lemon. Refreshing/mood altering. Taste is a mild pale ale with some buiscuity bready character. Lemon, lemon tart finish. Pretty good, I think I use to like this a lot more, its still a good ginger beer. Some plantyness in the finish.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
This was ok to try because of the ginger and all, especially if you like ginger soda or jamaican ginger beer...but it was nothing special for me. Pretty light on the alcohol content, so it’s more of a "flavor" beer. Somewhat spicy from the ginger. A little hoppy like an american pale, but the balance was weighted a bit more on the sweet side. Pours a dark yellow-off orange color with a hint of red...sort of copper I guess. Not bad, but not great. Something to try for a change of pace.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle from Sugaya. Ginger, citrus nose. Orange/amber color, thin head. Ginger, light pale malt, ginger again, and small bitterness in finish. Light bodt\y. Ginger, yes, but also some unidentifiable "ghost" spice notes. All too apparent in such a light beer. Okay, maybe as a summer juice slammer, but really not as refreshing as I suppose it’s intended to be.
