Bottle. This beer is pretty much what it says it is. A nice session beer with very light, pleasant ginger aroma and taste. Really not bad on a hot day.

Nice session type beer but not something I would go back to necessarily. Nice light ginger and malt aroma. Very pretty crystal copper color with very little head. Light and carbonated palate. Flavors of a pale ale with some hops and a ginger finish.

A very nice light refreshing beer. This is a perfect alternative to wheat beers for folks like me who aren't huge fans of the style. The aroma is strong with ginger and there is almost a sweet character to it. This beer lacks complexity and flavor development but what it does, it does well.

Passed this over so many times in B-town, a little relieved to see I get it here as well. Bottle. Nose is straight ginger, but it seems to be of good quality and, perhaps more importantly, fresh. Pours rich, ultra-clear golden with an orange tint, soapy white head. Taste lightly sweet but attenuated and developed, basic malt but nicely toasty on the edges, smooth light-medium body that allows a bit of blending between the malt and ginger -- too much carbonation might have spoiled the punch. Somewhat soft, refreshing, and perfectly spiced, something of a serendipitous panacea on this day with a rare, ragged throat.

GINGER IS NOT AN BEERS ITS’ THE NAME OF A RED CHICK AND SOME SODAS I DRANK. THIS BRUERY IS DUMBED IF THEY THINK THEY MADE THIS ANYTHING SIMILARS TO MY FAVORITE BEER(pLINY). IT SMELLS LIKE CANDIS AND IS NOT APPEARING TOO A BEER, MUCH LIKE PLINYS. THAT IS GOOD. I DONT THINK THAY USE ANY HOP, BECAUSE I KNOW ALL ABOUT HOP AND BITTERS AND INDIAN IPAS. I AM A BEER SNOB - LOL!!! THE LABEL OF THIS REMINDED MY OF A VACATION SPOT IN MEXICO AND SOME PSYCHADYLIC ESCURSHINS I DID WITH FRIENDS. WE HAD PLINY THAN AND IT WAS BETER!

From a 12 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear rosy copper with an off white head. Fruity nose. Flavors of ginger and white bread with a bit of lime. Light bodied. Light finish. Hmmm.

6 oz pour from refrigerated bottle into a sniffer glass. Pours hazy with only a whisper of a head. Golden with mild carbonation. Nose is definitely ginger. Also a little earthy or dirt-y. Mouthfeel is moderate-on-creamy. Fairly dry and crisp overall. Taste is ginger, grass, lemon, and a bit of malts. A little bit of a ginger bite on the end. Fairly unobtrusive overall. A neat beer. Not too much on it?s own, but I think one could have a lot of fun pairing this with food.
