COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Ingredients: Water; Malted barley; Ginger root; Hops; Yeast.
Our beer is basically a pale ale brewed from a relative low gravity, with some of the hops which would normally be used in the beer replaced by freshly ground ginger root. The beer is light in body, lower in alcohol, has a distinct ginger aroma, and has a very crisp finish. It was initially brewed as a refreshing alternative to the plethora of wheat beers which are popular in the summertime. Popular demand turned it into a year round beer.

12oz. bottled on 03-16-05. Pours a cloudy light orange-yellow with some floaties in it. Moderate creamy head. Aroma of ginger, pepper, and some slight sweet malts. Taste follows the aroma, with a clean finish. Kinda thin and watery on the palate. Not a bad beer--couldn’t really drink more than one in a sitting, and wouldn’t necessarily seek this one out.

Aroma of fresh ginger, perfume and a little skunk. Pours amber with a small head, Taste is harsh with ginger and spoiled bread. Tastes like a shot of cologne.

Pours clear, medium gold with a short, off-white head. Scent is a rather sickly-sweet ginger. Taste is ginger, grains....slight bitter. Not very impressive.

Bottle. Ginger and malty aromas. Pours hazy orange to gold, with some white head and persistance. Develops a poor lacework. Light body and acerage carbonation. Taste is ginger, and some caramel. Strange aftertaste. Did not enjoy it too much, maybe cause it´s not my kind of beer.

12oz bottle. Thin, slightly off-white head, fading to minimal. Little lace. Clear orange color. Nice, fresh-tasting crisp ginger flavor. Very nice to enjoy with one of Jimmy’s sandwiches. Nice light sweet and ginger taste. Good crispier lighter carbonation. Enjoyable, refreshing ginger ale. Would be interested to see a bigger version.

Bottle at Dan’s. Pours an amber, very little head. Aroma is juicy ginger beer and a small hop kick. Taste is sadly thin - Inferi is there, a bit of malt, with a small hop kick on the back. Thin watery body, long, fairly pleasant finish. Nicely done, but sadly not exciting.

Bottle at home. Orange amber, thin white head fades to nothing. Nice warm ginger spice nose, hint of lager grains also. Slightly ginger front, some bready malts, warm ginger in the background, some grassy hops in the finish. Not bad, pretty well balanced, it’s just all a bit meh.

Pours amber with to white head. Nose is pleasant with sweet candied ginger smell and subtle malt. Medium on the tongue with thin flavor. Slight bitter hop up front, watery toast malt, and subtle ginger to finish. Decent.

Pours a hazy golden. No head whatsoever. Aromas of ginger, malt and light hops. Flavor is mostly ginger and some light malt. Slight bitterness from the ginger and hops. Mouthfeel is kinda flat and dull. The ginger is a nice flavor but the beer seems to fall flat. It’s worth a try if you’re bored but its really nothing all that fantastic.

Slightly hazy amber beer with small off-white head. Aroma is mostly ginger. Taste is ginger, sweet caramel malts. Lacks a good body and carbo is too low.
