Must’ve been a bad bottle, hmm... either way i thought it was weak. Poured a semi-cloudy golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is faint of wheat, lemongrass and bananna. Taste is slightly watery, with a hint of sweetness in the finish.

12 oz bottle. Nice weizen. Not as flavorful as German wheat beers but pretty good. Very drinkable.

Bottle from Kegs & Barrels in McKinney. Pours a Cloudy gold with white head. Aroma of Bannana and bubblegum. Flavor has nice bannana notes with bubblegum and some wheat malt, very slight sweetness. Mouthfeel is light and soft with high carbonation.Over all, not bad.

Pours a hazy golden orange with a two finger creamy light orange head. The nose was a bit mild, sweet, slightly grassy, some citrusy, wheaty. The flavor is crisp and citrusy, lemongrass, tart crisp bite, wheaty, slightl banana. Very pleasant flavor. Crisp mouthfeel with a nice carbonation. Cleansing and refreshing.

Bottle. Pours a light gold color with a small white. Coriander and banana(?!?!?) and citrus aroma. Taste similar with a very smooth wheat flavor.

Varies from whitish yellow at the bottom to a deep coppery orange as the yeast filters down through this brew. With a thin cover of white head, the coriander in the aroma really sticks out with a slight citrusy aroma coming through. A nice smooth wheat body is highlighted by the carbonation, a bit of banana and citrus hits the tongue again with a finish of coriander.
