Aroma of clove and some fruit. The flavor is wheaty clove with hints of banana and other subtle spices. Smooth, but a bit thin. Decent. Kinz (2221), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 19, 2007 Pours a lightly hazy gold, medium head fades entirely. Clove aroma with faint lemon. Slightly thinnish on the finish, wheat malts with mostly clove esters accenting the flavor. Touch of banana. Not bad, but not a standout either. bitbucket (2036), Kirkland, Washington, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 5, 2007 Bottle. Pours clear gold with a fading white head. Aroma starts with smoke... swear to God. Either that or I’m having a Smoke Jumper flashback. That’s followed by a boatload of cloves, and some wheat. Medium body, moderate carbonation. Sweet taste of wheat and banana with a slight, spicy finish that has just a hint of sour. dmac (1510), Toms River, New Jersey, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 4, 2007 12 oz bottle purchased in a mix six from Monaghans. Pours a super hazy golden yellow with lots of sediment floating around and a small (for a hefeweizen anyway) white bubbly head. Aroma has a lot going on with tons of wheat grass, slight lemon, rotten banana and even a slight touch of pepper. Lots of carbonation and a medium body, slightly more full then most other hefeweizens. Flavor of wheat, banana, lemon and perhaps a little corriander. Nice hefe but I wouldn’t reccomend this to a novice the body is too full and the nose is to big. jsquire (2123), St. Marys, Ohio, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 3, 2007 Ugly yellow beer with too many suspended particles. The foamy white head is attractive. Nose has tons of banana and some puffed wheat. There is no denying that this is a German Hefeweizen. Lots of bananas quickly followed by strong clove spice. Yeasty doughy under it all, and lemons coming out towards the end. A little too much water in the flavor profile. Not the most crisp of the style, but it hits the flavor expectations. eboats (901), Omaha, Nebraska, USA

| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 26, 2007 Smells like your typical wheat bear with a bit of a citrus smell. Pours nicely into a pint glass and has a small head when it settles. Nice wheat bear with a smooth finish. A good mild wheat beer.
