Tasted from bottle into chilled shaker. Poured a clear amber color with almost no foam. Aroma was mostly neutral except for fresh ginger, mild malt, very faint hops, slightly pepper yeast phenols. Flavor was a delicious combination of pale ale and American wheat ale, with the unique sparkle of ginger on top. Light, spritzy, crisp, refreshing, perfect with dinner. A tasty "small beer" which somehow makes perfect sense. But then I remembered Ginger Ale was a popular real beer long before it was a bland soft drink. I think if more people were exposed to this beer, it could become very popular nationwide.

Pours a hazy and copper beer with an offwhite head. The aroma is malt, sweetness, ginger and caramel. The flavor follows the nose. The palate is thin and dry with sweetness. Overall an average beer.

Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is caramel and ginger. Flavour is caramel, heavy ginger and light citrus.

Cloudy gold in color with a thin whitish head. Aroma is ginger and malt. Light and a bit thin, but crisp with a touch of sourness. Probably better in the summer as a more refreshing beer in the heat.

12 ounce bottle. It pours a clear light amber with a small white head. Aroma of malt, ginger and a bit of hops. Taste is malt and ginger, although the ginger is not overpowering. Decent enough.

Pours clear golden with good lacing. Biscuit, yeast, citrus on nose. Creamy palate has some citrus & yeast. Nice & balanced.

Some head, golden. Nice ginger sweet nose with some cinnamon. Different but nice.. medium body and length. Ginger tea biscuit!!!
