laguerita (82), Chicago, Illinois, USA Jul 27, 2008 well, it tastes like ginger, and pretty much just ginger. i doubt i’ll ever try this again.
glennmastrange (462), hobe sound, Florida, USA Nov 29, 2008 Bottle. Moderate malt aromas of cereal and nutty, light herbs and dough for the hops and yeast with hints of honey and ginger. Head is small, frothy, white with fair lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and moderately acidic, then finishes moderately bitter. Palate is light to medium, watery yet a little creamy and has a lively carbonation. It finishes lightly astringent. This beer surprised me with a well balanced array of diversified aromas and flavors. Theis (2485), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 21, 2008 Draught at Left Hand Brewery. Clear yellow - white head. Ginger, fruity, peppery, citrus, bread, white bread, spicy. Simmple but nice. blipp (961), Grand Island, New York, USA Nov 20, 2008 Bottle. Pours gold with a white head. Ginger aroma with lemon and light hops. The flavor is similar with ginger, wheat, lemon and lightly spicy hops. Nice. stchloe (253), Portland, Oregon, USA Oct 27, 2008 Normally ginger neutralizes a lot of other flavors, but in this the sheer volume of ingredients and the hops used are perfect. Tastes like ginger and it is good. oldrtybastrd (1793), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA Oct 24, 2008 Pours a clear orange yellow color. Big aromas of ginger. Flavor is sweet ginger.
