COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This beer is available each autumn in celebration of the great Bavarian festival season. Brewed in late spring and cellared throughout the summer, our Oktoberfest is produced through traditional methods as it has been for centuries in Germany, This copper-hued lager owes its rich malt flavor to a generous combination of select Vienna and Munich malts. Cool, open-fermentation develops a subtle elegance and drinkability suited to any festive occasion.

Bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a relatively small off-white head on there. Nose is filled with some corn and toast, with a lot more "lager" elements than I’m used to for the style. Taste is just a tad sweet, with a little breadiness throughout. OK.

Pours clear amber, slight thin head, nice lacing. Aroma floral, fresh dough, caramel, toast, slight fruity. Taste sweet malt, caramel, toast, floral and fruity, but not bitter. Mouthfeel medium body, medium low carbonation, clean, crisp, balanced finish. Overall tasty beer, good for style, well made.

"A true to the style octoberfest that has a pleasant bready malt presence. A little light on the palate, but the aroma especially is quite nice. if there were just a little more follow through, this could be very good."
