Bottle. Pours a clear yellow with a medium white head. Looks like Mt. Dew. Good carbonation spiraling up to the top of the glass. Aroma is yeasty. Kind of smelled like Miller Lite at first. Taste is full on carbonation and finishes decent. It’s light on the mouth with notes of malt and corn. Almost like Miller Lite on steroids. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Aromas of grain, bread, and a touch of citrus. Sulfur, grain, and a balanced finish. Nice and drinkable

Bottle into footed pilsner. Clear and yellow. Aroma is bread, grass, herbs, lemon. Taste is very balanced between the malt and hops. Smooth creamy palate, with a crisp, dry finish. Good stuff.

Easy drinkin pilsner, with a flavorful, but extremely easy finish. Thumbs up!

On tap at Mill House. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Sweet crackers on the nose, honey, grain. Medium bodied, sweet and grainy. Sweet on the finish with some more grain.

It's a great tasting pilsner but I feel it's a bit under carbonated. The color is so pale it's unappetizing. Still, it doesn't have that mildew aftertaste that plagues so many lagers.

Advent beer #7 - 12oz bottle - pours clear pale gold with white head and decent lacing. Nose is hay/straw. Sip adds bitter grass. Quite bitter for the style. Not exactly a drink for post snow shoveling, car deicing and sledding, but then again if pale lagers shine for mowing grass why not a pilsner for outdoor winter activities that make you sweat?

While this may be refreshing on a hot summer’s day, it is ultimately too tame and a bit of a missed opportunity.

Clear yellow color, good white head. A bit rough ryeish-hoppy aroma. Light to medium-bodied. A bit bready, some American hoppy bitterness. Kind of like SNPA with lager yeast. Could be freshier.
