3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Not bad for a Colorado version of a German-style Pilsner. It had a smoother finish than expected. Paired with a nice burger it was quite enjoyable. Very unique-artsy label.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy straw gold. Nose of herbal citrus and pine with pilsner malt. Crisp bitter citrus with graham cracker pilsner malt. Dry bitter finish. To me, quite under-rated. Not perfect, but a great American example.

Bottle. Golden and clear with a small head. Hoppy and quite light with a delicate feel. Pleasant but not very enthralling

Bottle from Rudat in Dortmund. The beer has got a clear golden colour with a low head and medium body. Aroma of hops and grass. Taste of fresh hops, citrus fruits, grass, light malt, bread. Mild bitter finish. Refreshing, easy drinkable, yet nothing sppecial.

This pilsner is pretty decent. Really like the color and pours very smooth. Is a little more sour than I would like it too be.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
(bottle, 35.5cl) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond and short foamy head. Delicately grainy pale malty aroma with notes of white bread, herbal and slightly grassy hops. Mildly bitter and slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a crisp carbonation. Initially dry pale malt character with grainy and strawy spots; herbal and slightly grassy hops tune in from the middle part; dry and moderately hop bitter finish with herbal spice and grassy notes. Clean and crisp, but lacks a bit the sweet malty counterpart. 22.I.15

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
355ml bottle. Clear, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy aroma, a grassy hoppy touch. Taste is grassy, bitter hoppy, slightly strawy, pale malty basis. More "German" than "zesty".
