3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
UPDATED: FEB 27, 2008 Thanks to ucusty for this one.
Poured from a 12oz. bottle, bottled on date: 07-25-07
Paired with fish.
Aroma: Floral & citrusy
Appearance: Pale gold, plenty of small bubbles rising with a nice thick head
Flavor: Mild hops flavour with some fruitlike character (citrus) and a nice, light bitterness
Palate: Gentle and smooth, the carbonation gives it a nice feel
Overall: Very drinkable, smooth beer that went down easy. Not too bitter with a nice hop balance. I would have liked a couple more of these, would definitely try again.

4.3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 19/20
Bottled on 1/30/08, sampled on 2/14/08.
Pale yellow straw color with a white 1-finger head that quickly fades to small patches and clumps. Ultra-fine bubbles lace well. Very grainy Pils malt aroma with a definite noble hop accent. Some carbonic whiffs. Taste mirrors the aroma. Lots of grainy Pils malt taste witha good spicy Saaz bite on the dry bittering finish. Some stingy carbonation, but not completely out of line for the style. Great American Pilsener in a more traditional style that say, Prima Pils. Get a fresh sample to rate people! Underrated.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear yellow, thin head. Very fruity aroma with bubblegum. Strange floral flavor that seems almost artificial but worse is the counterbalancing dirty astringency. Maybe I got a bad bottle, but this seems off.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: JAN 14, 2009 Grassy nose, some soft fruit. Deep golden. Bitter, almost soapy taste. Nice carbonation, crisp, not the best, but not bad.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz dated 070407 - Clear pale yellow liqiud under white head, malt and faint hops on nose, annoying metallic taste on front, with a green apple sour at the back. Forgettable.

2.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
(Bottle) Pours a clear yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of toastiness, butter, medicinal, and doughy. Flavor of grassy, lightly citric hops and toasted malt that delivers a mild bitterness in the finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Appearance: Pours a clear yellow body with a frothy white head.
Smell: Pilsner malt aroma with notes of lime, flowers, and spicy Saaz hops.
Taste: Pilsner malts with a decent amount of sweetness. Very light hint of honey. The juice of one lime. Spicy Saaz character with a mild, palate-cleansing bitterness. Crisp, clean finish.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied. Medium carbonation.
Drinkability: Fairly accurate to style and reasonably refreshing. Pretty good for a pilsner.

2.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle, pours a pale golden color with copious head. Looks and smells like a typical american pilsener, with little hops but overall aroma not too bad. Flavor is very average, kinda like an upgrade version of budweiser, but the palate is very smooth and was easy to drink. Bonus point because it gets better after a few minutes and the carbonation is released. Not great but not disappointing.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled on Nov 7,2007. Pours pretty clear and light golden with a decent white head that fades away after a couple of minutes. I pick up corn husk in the aroma along with wood and a slightly sour tinge. This pilsner is hoppy enough, I suppose. Finish is fairly dry. Some notes of hay come through. This is an all right pils: crisp and flavorful enough to get the job done. I’m not a fan of some of the dirtier characteristics on this one.
