3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
I thought it was more Czech than German in character. Crisp and clean with considerable hops presence. Aroma has some corn, but it works. Refreshing. Clear gold color and a substantial white head.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
No head. Pours a clear straw yellow color. Smells of bitter malts and bread. Taste is well-balanced for a type of beer I usually have no interest in. Some bitterness, but without the edge that comes with most pilsners.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Very biscuity aroma as well as some earthy hints as well. The flavor is lightly carbonated and has a great grainy feel to it. A very solid pils.

2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Very clear yellowish color - fair amount of carbonation and a medium uneven head. Basically a typical pils - decent crisp flavors, fairly well balanced but weak on the Saaz-type hoppy crunch of a good German pils (see Stoudts).

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with ample head. Aroma is corn syrup and hoppy malt. Floral honey flavor with a hint of grass. Nicely coating mouthfeel. Pretty good Pilsner, if you ask me. And since you’re reading this, you did. So there.

1.1 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 4/20
Worst "Good" beer I have had to date. Natural Light has more character than this beer.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
About the only thing worth pointing out was the aroma. It was kinda weird, and not necesarilly bad. I haven’t been doing this tasting long enough to explain it. It was like a good pilsner aroma, but not exactly.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Pours golden with a decent white head. Floral hops, light hop spice, and slightly metallic aroma. Flavor is fairly average with nice floral hops upfront, a light malty background, and light hop spice on the finish. Palate is crisp, mildly bitter, and refreshing. Well-balanced, but basically your average pilsener. Decent addition to Left Hand’s variety pack.

3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle poured into a frosty pint glass a clear honey color with two fingers of white head. Citrus aroma. Flavor is hoppy with some spicy, peppery notes. Palate seemed right on. Tastey.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
UPDATED: FEB 28, 2011 The appearance is deep gold with not much head. The the aroma is grassy hops and corn like malt. The taste is like a pilsener should be with a good balance of malt and hops with the malt being almost bread like in taste. The palate is smooth. This one just gets you with taste because you are not expecting much by smelling it.
