Nose is dark fruit, medium hops, earthy, mild, woody aroma. Soft, nice level of carbonation. Lively but not fizzy or prickly. Good malt character, nice balance of rye malt. Slightly sweet but not sugary. More like a rootsy, woody, earthy sweetness. Mellow, characterful hop finish, highly drinkable. GeneralGao (3051), Iowa City, Iowa, USA
