3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap and in cask Taco Mac, Deactur, GA. I had them both at the same time for a comparison. I will rate the on tap version b/c the cask had been tapped the previous night. I will speak of both though. For starters the cask version was completely flat. The on tap was very well carbonated and arrived at the table with about a quarter inch head and left very nice lacing on the glass. Both versions were dark gold, had an almost non-existence aroma, and a light hop taste with a hint of grain. The on tap version with its carbonation was much more refreshing and nicer on the palate. I was very disappointed with the cask version, especially as this was my first beer from a cask. Again, I rate the on tap version.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Cask:Taco Mac Decatur. Slightly hazed amber with copper highlights. No head at all. Moderate amount of dry hopped aroma on top of sweet caramel malt. The hops are piney, earthy, and sweaty. The flavor was lightly tart. Caramel and nutty malt with a light hop flavor starting on the finish. Caramel continues in the finish as well with a mild bitterness. Semi-dry. Even for a cask ale this seemed to be pretty low in carbonation. Almost still.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Strong floral nose. Golden ruby body with thin disappearing head. Sweet notes of aple reveal themselves. Mouth retains the fruitiness, with a floral finish. Slightly chewey with a crisp green linger.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
"Crystal-clear" orange/copper/amber blend of colors - no head. A clean finish makes this one very refreshing. Mildly bitter hops, very British indeed. Gently malts - mostly caramel. Some pleasant mineral-ashiness to it.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
A solid, English-style session bitter - dry, mineral-like character (probably from the hard water used) - quite bready and chewy - just the slightest bit of strawberry sweetness - pretty good.

3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled. Clear strawberry red color with an ivory head. Malty aroma. Dry chalky flavor. All malt, kind of grainy. The chalkiness lingers in the finish.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from 12 0z. bottle. Reddish apearance, true to style, but little head and no lacing. Bitter throughout, as expected, with a very dry palate to begin with, that but became less so near the end...left a good finish. Not my favorite beer, but at 4.5% abv, a good one to have if drinking several.

3.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nice clear golden body, with a liight beige head. Looks like a lot of carbonation went into this little bottle. This beer has a distinct Tea like aroma, very different. Very hoppy flavor, with a good shot of bitterness. Very long finish, and bit of a hoppy aftertast. Not bad.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Aroma is faint, but slightly vegetal with some meaty umami notes. Dark amber in color with a quickly diminishing thumb thick white (at start) head. Fore is very light tasting with some bready grain notes, mild honey/apple sweetness and some very faint citric notes. Overall it is pretty refreshing, but has a heavy crispness to it that lets you know that it is no lager.
