2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Tap: Amber, small white head, decent aroma of hops and citrus. Flavor is light, a little malt, mostly hops, and not very impressive hops at that. Watery mouthfeel and a slightly bitter finish. Not impressed.

This beer just smells yummy. Very smooth, and in my opinion, pretty damn good!

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Amber hue with small fizzy head and okay lacing. The aroma has notes of light pine, floral, and grassy hops; toasted buttery malts, lemon and lime zest, and dusty yeast esters. The taste is mostly bitter and acidic, tart. Some malt balance but not enough in the end. The bitter character lingers on. The mouthfeel is very crisp and metallic. This beer just doesn’t work for me, something is just amiss with the taste and palate.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap - pours to reveal a beautiful beer: clinging white head on a deep reddish brown body. Slightly hoppy nose. Tastes of slight bisquit flavor and finishes with hops. Not bad.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Nice color and an average aroma. Light head that seems to fade fast. Light hops and a hint of sweetness matches the bitterness well. Nothing out of the ordinary but pretty good stuff here.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Dark copper with a tiny white head. Citric hop and bread like malt aroma. Piney hop bitterness with a malty body. Nothing too exciting here, tastes more like a
APA then an ESB.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle - Appearance was light red hue with medium reddish-tan head. Aroma was hoppy with sweet malt tone. Medium body with a good blend of sweet and bitter. Short finish, but still very enjoyable brew.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Nice coppery color with a very nice (appley?) aroma. Nice mixture of the hoppy and the malty with a very smooth taste.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
I happen to enjoy English ESB’s. I think they are great session beers. This one fits in nicely with it’s balance to that tradition

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A clear copper colour with a medium sized head. The nose is well malted. The flavour is sweet with a moderately hopped bite. Not terribly bitter, but a good, well balanced drinking beer.
