3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from a 12 oz. bottle into an English pint glass. Good nose - nice balance of malt and hops with citrus present. Light yeast also there. Basically no head whatsoever. Cloudy amber/orange color. Definite sweet flavor but not overly so. Taste has a bit of citrus. Good balance, medium body with slippery finish. Slight bitterness in the finish, but only because it starts fairly sweet.

Nitro tap. Pale amber. Light citrus hops and caramel malt. Flavor is golden/caramel with citrus hops and candy. Nitro actually went well with this.

I wish this would be listed separately for the nitro version. It’s a totally different beer. Anyway, the appearance is copper with dense, white head. Nitro gives cascading and lingering foam lace. Nose is caramel, nutty, biscuit, undefined hops. Taste: caramel, floral hop, clean malt. Smooth, low carbonation, medium body. Creamy. Balanced in all aspects. Bitter-sweet-malt-hop.

2.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Cask at GBBF 2012. Poured a very hazy amber, with a scummy white head. Aroma of malt, caramel and light grassy hop. Fairly flat malt in the flavour, some toffee and herbal notes. Finish was biscuit, caramel and copper. Probably worth a re-rate for the bottle.

Clear amber, head lasted a wink. Toasted rice, coppery malt. Initial taste is grain, woody, brassy bitterness. Middling carbonation. Cooling malt bitterness on the finish. Light creamy sweetness on the linger. Fairly flat in the flavour department.

0,355 l bottle, bought at Grebhan´s, Bremen. A nice amber orange in the glass, one finger white foamy head. Citrus and fresh hop on the nose. Starts with floral hop and a malt dosis, low dry bitterness. Hints of fresh hop in the aftertaste, little bit citrus sweetness. Longlasting mid dry bitter aftertaste. It´s okay.
