Like the name says, very well balanced. But it doesn’t have a whole lot going on. Decent and smooth, but nothing stands out about it.
Would definitely drink it though when i needed a serviceable ale. Nena (191), West Seattle, Washington, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 18, 2009 Updated: Dec 19, 2009Bottle. Poured orange with a moderate white head that fell to a white ring fairly quick, leaving a bit of lacing as I drink.. Aroma is bready with sweet fruitiness, plus some floral, almost soapy hops. Flavor is toffee, bread, apricot, plus some light hops on the finish. Has a moderate mouthfeel. The flavors of this just don’t mesh very well to me. It’s inoffensive and I’m having no problem drinking it, it just doesn’t taste particularly good. bierkoning (6114), La Tropica, Netherlands

Pear, mango, just a touch of flowery and citric hops in the flavor. Hints of cinnamon and dust in the aftertaste. Decent, satisfyingly balanced ale. Zinister (1206), Houston, Texas, USA
