COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sane or senseless? Harmless or harmful? Sometimes it takes awhile to get to know a stranger. Initial impressions are not always reality, so you must delve deeper. Beyond the initial floral hop aromas, malt sweetness is revealed, yet with a spicy undertone that exposes a very rye sense of humor. Take your time to get to know the Stranger. It’s strangely satisfying.

Copper colored beer with a white head. Aroma of grains, some funk, and hints of hops. Tastes of grainy water, a bit of citric notes, and some mild floral hops. Semi-sweet finish. A bit muted, watery brew. Lackluster, but unoffensive.

Bottle- Pours a copper color with a decent head and some lacing. Aroma of some citrus and malt sweetness, bit of fresh grain and fruit in the background. Mild taste of malt sweetness up front with a bit of citrus and grain. there is a nice bitterness and a clean finish. Fairly moderate body, quite smooth and refreshing. Good balance. Easy drinker, good for a few. Nothing special about this beer just an enjoyable Pale Ale to relax with.

Aroma was sweet malts. Color was light gold. Taste was an unbalance sweetness to bitterness without much hop profile.

Pours a hazy rusty golden color with a small white frothy head. Aroma is sweet and slightly malty. Malty sweet flavor but somewhat flat, very slight bitterness if any. Finish is short and dry. Watery ! A little disappointing from LLB, this will remain a stranger for me, unless I am very very thirsty to quaff it down. Quaff Score ( drinkability with hearty enjoyment ) 5 / 10

Pours a hazy orange with a white head and a sweet, citrusy aroma. Taste is of balanced sweet malts and hops with some fruit notes as well, with a dry finish. Standard, light pale ale.

12 oz. bottle poured to a czech-pils glass, with a clear, orange/golden color, a nice layer of bubbles & cream, off white head foam, and wavey cling to the lacing. The aroma was light cereal grain, fruit and citrus, and a slight bit of sweetness. The flavor added to these some medium & rounded hop bitterness, good carbonation, light to medium body, and a clean & crisp finish. Just on the fence from being a decent intro IPA.

Tasted at the St. Louis Centennial Beer Festival from bottle into sampler glass. Poured an amber color with creamy off-white foam and some lace. Fairly typical, nondescript, hoppy pale ale aroma. Complex malt flavor with a restrained, tangy hops bitterness. Light-medium body, average carbonation, fruity aftertaste. Tasty and well-balanced, but not especially memorable.

Clear slightly dark golden in color with a thin foamy white head. Nose of biscuity pale malts and toast...very English and plain aroma, and I mean that in the best way possible. Taste was biscuity and citrusy, being both mildly bitter and mildly sweet. A perfect session pale ale with loads of pale cereal grain tones alongside a firm citrusy hop tone and some bready toast. The whole package is medium on body but also medium on flavor, being perfect for a casual sipper, citrusy and slightly rye-spicy. Nice pale ale essence with an everyday simplicity that’s slightly complex when you want to dive into it.

Tap @ Cardinal. Pours a white head, golden-light amber in color. The aroma is very "standard" for an american pale ale. Citrusy and fresh in the aroma. Generally a smooth drinking pale ale, like most others. All in all a decent ale.

bottle. Golden color and light white head. Nice fruity aroma, very dry mouth feel and very light body. Extremely drinkable but a bit too dry.
