COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Thanks for purchasing another offering in our series of "Big Mo" Beers. For as long as people have inhabited Colorado’s Front Range, the Twin Sisters have had a strong impact on Colorado residents. The views from atop the 11,428’ peaks are breathtaking and afford sweeping views of the entirety of Rocky Mountain National Park. As an expression of admiration we have crafted an ale that exhibits a profound impact all its own. At 11428 IBU’s (just kidding), Twin Sisters is a mountainous testament to hops, and that they bring. A feeling of ease and relaxation become apparent for all whom would dare to climb it. So for all that enjoy summiting ales with copious hops additions to achieve a felling of contentment and awe, we offer Twin Sisters Double IPA. Enjoy!

22 oz poured into snifter. Pours a clear copper color with little head. Grassy hops in nose. Hops well balanced with rich malts. Good medium heavy mouthfeel. Very good.

22 bomber to cervoise. Pours clear gold-amber, white frothy head. Aroma of crystal malts, grapefruit juice, caramel and rye malts. Taste of buttered biscuit, pear, raisin, oak. Big on the malts. Bitter finish is more herbs and spice than citrus and pine. Unbalanced towards the malts for a DIPA. For the label stating that it?s loaded with hop flavor, they got it wrong. Call it what it is...Malty RyePA.

Bottle from gbbf 2015 and drunk at home. Clear amber colour. It’s a competent dipa for sure. Sweet but not cloying hoppy but not overly pungent. Flowery yet bitter . Some harsh bitter carbonic acid finish solid competent very drinkable but lacks a touch of soul and individuality. Good though.

Draft at Khyber Pass. Tulip. Hazy orange caramel pour with a short but thick float of off-white head. Big jumps of lace. Curly sweet amber brew with jumps of strong floral hops. Flavors include a weird dark brackish Albatross plum variant. Ultimately a full blood orange brew against hyper hop skisms. Completely unique!

A deep aroma with ripe fruit and hints of alcohol. Dark orange, not much head. Taste is very full, raisins and dried fruit, some leather and wine as well.. the palate is full and oily with a finish that is somewhat bitter and sweet, like it

Nose is mainly floral hops with a bit of citrus. Taste is grapefruit and caramel. Sticky finish. Thick palate, a touch sweet, a touch bitter. Hides the alcohol. Looks nice, clear orange, some funky lacing.

650ml bottle from Systembolaget. Clear, amber with a big, fluffy, white head that leaves a lot of lacing on the glass. Sweet and malty aroma, bread, orange marmalade, caramel. Mild carbonated with thick, creamy mouthfeel. The taste begins with alcohol warmth, then fruity taste mostly orange. The finish is pine bitter with booze.

650 ml bottle from systembolaget. Pours amber with nice white head. Fruity aroma with citrus pine and mango taste. After taste with hoppy notes and strong alcohol taste. A bit unballanced with some alcohol taste that follows.
