3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a rich copper color with a off white head. Caramel malt aroma with citrus and pine. Sweet caramel malt start with some toffee ,fruitiness, and grass. Finishing with a fresh resiny pine. Not very bitter and no lingering bitterness. Possibly the best wet hopped beer I’ve had. The pine flavor in this one is really nice.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bomber. Sweet caramel malt aroma with light hoppy notes. Pours amber colored with about one finger of white head with good retention and lacing. Taste starts with sweet caramel malt with a very light bodied mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and just a touch dry with slight piney hop notes. Good, refreshing ipa.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Appealing clear medium amber, bubbly rim head, no lace. Taste is caramel malt that becomes rich toffee in the palate before adding assertive, but not overpowering, hops in a medium length finish that also sees a strong dose of effervescence. Good to drink, but hardly enough hops to qualify as an IPA.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Bottle at first DC tasting of 2010.
Orange with a white head that settles quickly and leaves little lacing. Aroma of gun metal, grass and licorice. Strange combo. Bitter and dry hoppy flavor throughout. Mediocre.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy brown body, tan head. Faint aroma, mostly hops and some citrus. Soft mouthfeel, carbonation is not very strong. Soft taste with some bitterness. Quite an easy IPA. Not that interesting but alright nevertheless.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bomber (best by 01/04/14 - a little old but hopefully well worth the 99 cents I paid plus tax) into Le Listermann - nose is caramel and pine. Sip adds citrus and the minty raw hop smell from a freshly opened package of hops. Light body with grapefruit aftertaste. Well worth the 99 cents plus tax. Enjoyable bitterness that is mildly checked by the maltiness.
