Clear amber colour with frothy white that leaves some lacing. Piney, citrusy and quite green hop aroma. Hints of alcohol and sweet fruits. The taste is bitter with more green hops, pine, citrus and grass. The aftertaste is somewhat salty with a lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and mouthfeel. Good, but not great.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, best before 1/24/2014. Pours lightly cloudy bright orange amber color with a 2 finger dense and fluffy cream colored head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice soapy lacing clings around the glass, with some light streaming carbonation. Aromas of big grapefruit, tangerine, orange zest, lemon zest, floral, grass, pine, light caramel, bread, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good complexity of hop notes with a light-moderate malt presence; and good strength. Taste of grapefruit, tangerine, orange zest, lemon zest, pine, floral, grass, bread, light caramel, and floral/grassy earthiness. Good amount of spicy pine bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of citrus, citrus zest, pine, floral, grass, bread, light caramel, and floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity and balance of citrus/grassy hop flavors with light-moderate malt presence; with a nice crisp malt/bitterness balance and no cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and body; with a smooth, crisp, and moderately sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming present after the finish. Overall this is a damn nice wet hop IPA. All around good complexity and balance of bright citrus/grassy hops with a fair amount of malt presence; and very smooth and crisp to drink. A very enjoyable offering.

Pours amber with a quickly settling off-white head. Aroma is hay, malt, honey, peach, grapefruit. This one may have been on its way from the States to Sweden and / or stored too long. Nowhere near the tropcial fruit notes that one would expect. Taste confirms it. Very tired, hops all but gone. In its place is wet grass, some caramel, honey, moldy and yeasty tones. Would love to try this one fresh as this cannot be how it’s supposed to taste. Graded as is, but will definately re-rate if I get hold of it fresh.

0.65 bottle. Amber clear. Good inviting caramel, strong green limey citrus hoppyness with a touch of earthy herbs. Full bodied, slightly stone fruity caramels. Clean, soft bitters and a piney finish. Enjoyable nicely balanced brew.

Bottle from SB. Pours clear amber with two fingers of off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, not a lot of hops, maybe hints of resin and fruit but it seems the journey across the Atlantic has caused most of those fresh hops to be not so fresh anymore... Taste is malty sweet at first followed by a somewhat stale bitter finish. Yeah, this is old... Body is light to medium and quite oily. It has all the qualities of a good beer, but unfortunately age has not been kind on this one...

Bottle - Dark amber in colour. Pine, dried fruit, toffee and dried apricot in the aroma. Bitter and hoppy taste with dried fruit, nuts, earthy hops and grapefruit detected.

Bottle, Systembolaget. Clear dark orange with a white head. This was not as hoppy as expedted, maybe the bottle was old? Grass, some herbal notes, light pineapple and citrus. Also light malt. Drinkable but not that impressive to be honest.

I'm such a sucker for fresh hopped ales. This is a very good one from Green Flash, on tap at WOB Savannah. Color leans toward amber, head is the color of the armpit areas of my old white t-shirts, but it tastes much, much better. Trust me. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

This is a very nice, very tasty IPA. The aroma is unimpressive, but the flavor is pretty great citrus, bread, and pine.
