COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed only once a year with fresh hops hand-picked in Longmont, CO and Warrior hops straight off the vine from Yakima, WA.
Warrior is brewed using a unique style called “Wet Hopping,” which requires only hops that are no more than a day from the vine. “Wet Hopping” imparts only a mild aroma, but an exceptionally fresh unfiltered hop flavor.

On tap at Patrick’s Kitchen in Zionsville, IN. Served in tulip, poured brownish orange with thick white head and glass lacing. Lacked th strong aroma I was expecting and a malty, not hoppy, flavor presided. The palate was thick and very bitter from the hops, but there was very little foral or citrus flavors. I picked up some piny flavors as expected, but this one missed the bar in my book. I planned on comparing this with 3F Broodoo, another wet hopped brew, but this comes nowhere close. Overall a thick, bitter palate with not a ton of flavor.

Has a 1 finger head. Very clear mild body ale. The aroma is piney, like walking in an evergreen forests. Tastes pine, resin, with a nice bitterness. Little drying but very palatable. Love the fresh cascade.

Bottle. Orange/apricot, malt, and grapefruit peel aroma. Amber with small head. Sweet orange malt and moderately bitter grapefruit peel/pine flavor. Nice body. Very good.

Pours a deep ruby red color, with an off white head that dissipates over time to a nice ring around the tulip glass. Aroma is bright citrus flavors, with grass pine notes as well. A sweet malt backbone is present. Taste is similar to the nose, with tons of citrus and resiny pine. I’ll be buying another one. Medium body, dry finish. I’ll be buying another!

Clear, deep , wet copper with a short beige head. Berry and caramel malt aroma. Taste is peppery berry, caramel malt...cedar/pine. A very nice and mild, non-citric IPA... Very good.

Pours a rich copper color with a off white head. Caramel malt aroma with citrus and pine. Sweet caramel malt start with some toffee ,fruitiness, and grass. Finishing with a fresh resiny pine. Not very bitter and no lingering bitterness. Possibly the best wet hopped beer I’ve had. The pine flavor in this one is really nice.

Bomber. Sweet caramel malt aroma with light hoppy notes. Pours amber colored with about one finger of white head with good retention and lacing. Taste starts with sweet caramel malt with a very light bodied mouthfeel. Finishes smooth and just a touch dry with slight piney hop notes. Good, refreshing ipa.

bottle @ Party Town / Florence KY --- Appealing clear medium amber, bubbly rim head, no lace. Taste is caramel malt that becomes rich toffee in the palate before adding assertive, but not overpowering, hops in a medium length finish that also sees a strong dose of effervescence. Good to drink, but hardly enough hops to qualify as an IPA.
