Bottle from Kimballs. Hazy amber body with big head. Nose is hops and fruits, pine but also bananas. Taste is also hops and bananas. Pretty good IPA. Not too overpowering but okay.

22oz bottle-pours a big foamy light tan head with hazy gold color (once the full bottle is poured. The carbonation is way high (probably around 3volumes). I will rate this after having swirled out much of the excess carbonation. Aroma is fruit-peach/mango, light malt. Taste is fruit-peach/mango/pine hops, sweet light malt. Maybe I should adjust to 1.0 to offset IPAdad and earthtones.

22oz bottle. Pours out a decent amber hue, white head, good retention. Aromas are light, nothing jumping out at me, some biting pine from the hops, maybe some citrus, but it’s light. Palate is a bit jumbled and two fold, both with the harsh finish, and thin flavor up front. I’m just not a fan, I really think their dark beers are great, but the IPA is not for me.

Bottle shared by jcwattsrugger. Pours cloudy gold with big white head. Way overcarbonated. Nose of tropical fruit, sea salt, mango, guava and peach. Taste is almost all fizz with those same flavors in body. Once it settles, it tastes like a dry salted mango and is quite delicious. Medium body.

An excellent IPA. Strong, careful hoppiness with a crisp palate and clean aftertaste. This is a beer to enjoy every day, a beer to build a brand around.

delightfully hoppy IPA with a hint of grapefruit and citrus notes in the aftertaste. Well-rounded IPA with a strong finish.

This brewery just opened two days ago and I had the pleasure of meeting Lefty and his colleagues. For a new operation the carbonation and clarity is exceptional. The flavors are mild, making this a very accessible IPA for the masses. A touch of bitterness and some interesting malty flavors make this a perfect session beer, although the high alcohol content (which is well hidden) may end your session early. Solid dry finish just as advertised.
