Initially big white head diminishes slowly, but always remains on the light golden pour. Estery, fruity and gently hopped Belgian ale that balances its breadiness with a good dose of floral and leafy hops. Interestingly phenolic too. Light-medium bodied, big bubbled carbonation feels authentic, moderately bitter, remotely tart. Good!

Pours a transparent bright golden with a thin lacing wispy white head. Aroma of sweet biscuity pale Belgian malts with light fruity notes and doughy yeastiness. Body starts with a mild sweetness and coriander spice with a decent balance of bready yeast before a drier finish. A pretty decent tripel.

On tap. Poured a medium, hazy amber color with a smaller head. Spicy and fruity tasting and smelling. Banana. Overall a very good beer that I enjoyed and will get again.

Fruity esters up front with doughy yeast, light spices and some hints of alcohol. Hazy golden body is topped by a pillowy white head that recedes to ring. Plenty of herbal and citrus hops counterpoint the doughy fruit esters with a moderate bitterness. Medium body with lively effervescence that engages the tongue. Sampled on the PA trip 2005.
