Draught: Aroma of fruit, yeast, and hops. Poured gold/apple juice in color with a medium-sized white head. Sparkling. Clear. A few tiny particles. Tastes of Belgian yeast, hops, and alcohol. Medium body. Oily texture. Average carbonation. No real finish to speak of.

Jul 20, 2008 Bottle on 07/20/2008. Clear golden amber body with a large frothy white head. Sweet spice aroma, some pepper and light clove. Caramel flavor, some citrus hints, light bready hints. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Jul 20, 2008 22oz bomber. Pours a clear gold with a small, well very small for a Belgian,foamy white head. Aroma of cloves, white pepper, yeast, rotten bananas and some grain. Full bodied with strong carbonation. Flavor is just like the aroma and very spicey, dry and full of yeast and grain. Solid beer but didnt really wow me.

does not count  Jul 16, 2008 22oz bomber. clear, amber-gold, insubstantial white head that vanishes quickly. Bready and fruity nose with a bitter orange hint. More citrus on the palate and some suggestion of white pepeer. Easy drinking with a very long finish.

Jul 14, 2008 Wow- this one really surprised me! A great tripel! Really good balance of flavor and body. Alcohol VERY well hidden! Extremely drinkable... watch out! On tap at some Ale House in Farmingdale, Long Island.

Jul 3, 2008 Bomber. Clear gold with a nice white head. Fruity sweet nose, tropical fruits and biscuit. Bready and fruity flavor, lightly spiced with coriander, a citrusy twang. A pretty darn good tripel, far better than expected!
